Terminal System v1.24.0

I cannot connect to the network via wireless LAN (client mode).

  • Make sure that MAC address filtering is not performed on the access point.

  • Make sure that the frequency range and standards supported by the access point match those of the USB wireless LAN adapter.

I cannot access the Terminal System settings screen from my configuration PC.

Check the connection between the Terminal System and the configuration PC.

  • If the Terminal System is connected to the PC with a LAN cable, check that the LAN cable is connected correctly, e.g., by using the LEDs on the LAN port.

  • If your web browser has proxy settings enabled, please disable them.

  • If the configuration PC is Windows, make sure IPv6 is enabled. If the configuration PC is macOS, make sure that the IPv6 setting is "Link-local only".

I forgot the password to access the Terminal System settings screen.

The status of the device connector is set to "Not Acquired" or "Disconnected" and no data can be obtained.

  • Check the connections and cables between the Terminal System and the device.

  • If the device connected to the Terminal System has an indicator, check that it is lighting/blinking properly.

The status of the device connector is "Error" and no data can be acquired.
